Unique concept – Beautiful scenery
In order to maintain the legendary authenticity and the development of our fruit wine vinegars, the construction of a real vinegar house was deemed necessary. Beautifully landscaped and surrounded by fruit trees, from which will eventually emerge new and succulent wine vinegars, the building captures the essence of European design combined with our own local style.

We believe that making quality vinegar the traditional way is truly important to preserve the heritage handed down by our ancestors.
A cellar out of the ordinary
Dedicated to crafting high standard quality wine vinegars, we use traditional aging methods. The vinegar house features a cellar designed to promote the development of a healthy and natural “good bacteria”, the acetobacter, essential in the maturation of a high quality vinegar.
You can smell it!
As you approach the vinegar house, you can smell the strong aromas of the vinegar. This precious liquid will take months, even years before it reaches our tables, as they are aging in our wooden barrels.

The slow and natural transformation ensures the vinegar’s nutritional values. Our vinegars, with no preservatives, unpasteurized and unfiltered, are not only sought-after for their aromatic properties but also for their nutritional properties.
The next blend
In April 2009, our first vinegars were developed in our cellar. After a first success with our organic blackcurrant vinegar, we created the white and red currant vinegars.
In the spring of 2011, we produced eight distinctive vinegars, four of which are certified organic. We are impatiently awaiting our concentrated blackcurrant balsamic vinegar.
Pick your own
In the near future, we will follow in the footsteps of four generations to proudly give access to the public and allow them to visit “La Vinaigrerie”. Visitors will discover a part of our heritage and the aspects of the life of the “vinegar merchants” era. Visitors will also enjoy picking their own fruits, such as: blackcurrants, cherries, plums, blueberries and gooseberries.
